About the Role: Join ABUNDANT HOME CARE LLC as a Telehealth Support Aide, where you will play a vital role in providing remote support to our clients. • Provide telehealth support and guidance to clients in person that have provider visits via phone and video calls.
• Assist clients in navigating telehealth platforms and scheduling appointments.
• Document client interactions and update care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate clients on health management and wellness strategies.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide empathetic support.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or customer service preferred.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with telehealth software.
