Where You’ll Make a Difference Provide specialized technical and scientific support for enzyme and yeast applications in customer environments Collaborate with sales teams during customer meetings, trainings, and onsite visits Serve as an internal technical expert on assigned product lines, applications, and limitations Conduct routine plant visits to perform process audits, lab analysis, and performance optimization Analyze process and laboratory data to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations Develop tools or models to enhance data analysis and technical decision‑making Deliver customer training on product selection, application, and optimization Provide post‑sale technical troubleshooting during product testing and implementation Support account planning and identify business development opportunities from a technical and commercial perspective What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related) 3-5 years of experience in a Carbohydrate Processing environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with JMP or other statistical software preferred Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, able to work independently Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and R&D Willingness to travel 50% or more How Would You Stand Out?
