Technical Manager, AI and Data Enablement

We Are Hiring Location: Remote Department: Data Delivery and Governance Schedule: Full Time, Days Salary: $125,687.26 - $170,049.54 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive #LI-Remote

What You Will Do

Lead the roadmap and governance for AI-enabled capabilities, operational data platforms, and self-service solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technology priorities. Establish and manage trusted operational data foundations, including data quality, semantic models, business metrics, and information accessibility. Drive adoption of AI, automation, and operational intelligence capabilities to improve decision-making, user experience, and operational effectiveness. Partner with business, technology, and managed service providers to deliver scalable platform capabilities, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Experience implementing AI/ML, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions in an enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise initiatives involving AI, automation, operational analytics, data platforms, self-service capabilities, or digital transformation. Strong understanding of data governance, semantic modeling, operational reporting, analytics enablement, and platform lifecycle management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage vendor or managed service provider relationships in a complex enterprise environment.
