Technical Enablement Strategist

The Technical Enablement Strategist (TES) leads the development of technical education solutions for Global Services (GS), partners, and customers. Responsible for global offerings, the TES deploys engaging, hands-on programs to build technical expertise and consulting skills. This role is critical in driving product adoption and increasing customer understanding through dynamic enablement strategies. Partner with the best The Global Technical Enablement & Education team improves Akamai's technical learning via self-paced, instructor-led, and virtual environments. We focus on architectural landscapes, market competition, and certifications to elevate the GS organization and ensure customers successfully deploy Akamai solutions for their cloud strategies. As a Technical Enablement Strategist, you will be responsible for: Designing practical solutions within Akamai's Cloud, Security, and Delivery products while creating and managing enablement strategies and training catalogs for GS teams. Delivering instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and vendor-led programs globally while serving as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding education programs. Managing the full project lifecycle for scalable learning solutions, from proposals to launch and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and close educational gaps. Driving revenue growth through expanded customer educational product line offerings. Ensuring all training materials meet Akamai's technical accuracy and brand standards. Leveraging AI tools to accelerate content drafting, lab generation, and quiz creation. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate experience in IT and technical pre-sales, sales engineering, consulting, or customer-facing roles delivering technical products or services. Demonstrate expertise in Internet technologies, protocols, and tools like DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, web design, training platforms, and AI-driven content validation. Have experience with Cloud, Content Delivery Networks, Web Performance, and/or Security Possess highest levels of both business and technical acumen understanding and capturing business drivers and success metrics. Have experience with technology learning and development organizations or projects. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal abilities, including time management, conflict resolution, delivering engaging presentations, pitching solutions, technical negotiation, and consultancy expertise.
