We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities: Core Focus: Sourcing & Search — Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases; — Apply boolean search logic and AI-powered tools to identify and surface relevant profiles efficiently; — Build and maintain a warm talent pool for recurring roles, with a primary focus on Sales and Marketing; Recruitment Documentation — Create and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices; Screening & Coordination (limited scope) — Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate soft skills, communication style, and culture fit; — Coordinate technical assessments with reviewers and collect structured feedback; Candidate Experience — Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring process; — Provide clear, structured feedback following each evaluation step; Database & Reporting — Maintain accurate candidate records in Recruitee and internal tracking sheets; — Track and report on key hiring metrics: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source performance.
