The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK continues to scale globally. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring priorities, and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes. You will have exposure to a wide range of functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, and other business-critical teams. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities. Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs. Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies. Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline insights to hiring managers and stakeholders. Support recruitment process improvements, hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities where required. Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and business leaders to achieve hiring goals across the organization. The Right Fit Has 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field. Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions. Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution. Comfortable operating in an environment with evolving priorities and ambitious hiring goals. Demonstrates ownership, resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Experience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations is highly preferred. Fluency in English is required. Additional language capabilities such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese are an advantage.
