Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance best practices and policies. Communicate compliance standards and expectations to suppliers and hold them accountable for meeting these standards. Collaborate with external partners and industry organizations to promote responsible and sustainable sourcing practices. Foster a culture of compliance by promoting awareness and understanding of ethical and regulatory requirements throughout the organization. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to supply chain compliance. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation. Stay current with industry best practices and proactively identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes and procedures.
