Strong experience building and scaling web applications in production environments. Strong backend development experience and solid frontend development experience. Experience designing and operating microservice architectures. Strong understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous communication patterns. Understanding of evaluation, observability, and monitoring for AI-powered systems. Soft Skills Strong ownership mindset. Ability to balance technical excellence with business needs. Comfortable working in fast-moving environments. Strong communication skills in English (fluent). What we offer Direct impact on architecture and product decisions at a company-wide level. The opportunity to build and scale products used by thousands of customers across lending, payments, risk, customer support, and internal operations. Real-world challenges around scalability, reliability, performance, and distributed systems. A highly autonomous environment with significant ownership and decision-making responsibility. The opportunity to help shape how AI capabilities are integrated into real-world products. A fast-moving environment where ideas quickly turn into production. Fully remote (Colombia / Argentina).
