This role is 100% remote. As part of our marketing and e‑commerce team, the Shopify Developer will play a key role in developing and maintaining our Shopify storefronts, landing pages, and other digital environments, supporting technical enhancements and optimized shopping experiences that deliver five‑star customer experiences and targeted revenue goals. • Build, customize, and optimize Shopify themes and landing pages using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including frameworks like React.js or Vue.js), and JSON
• Ensure all digital environments are developed with a mobile‑first approach, prioritizing load times and optimizing content settings for speed
• Stay current with e‑commerce trends, Shopify platform updates, emerging technologies, and new tools that can enhance the customer journey and overall site performance
• Continuously refine checkout processes, upsells, cross‑sells, and subscription models to improve conversion rates, increase average order values, and other targeted KPIs
• Implement sustainable coding practices
• Collaborate and support cross‑functional team requests
• Recommend and support the integration and maintenance of industry‑leading Shopify apps and vendor platforms to improve overall performance (e.g., ReCharge, Klaviyo, ReBuy, After Sell, Okendo)
• Translate wireframes and concepts into functional, visually appealing interfaces in collaboration with designers and developers
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all design elements and site functionalities QA, Testing, and Maintenance
• Participate in peer reviews and test cycles to ensure code quality and proper functionality before deployment
• Conduct regular storefront and landing page audits & resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support version control protocols using Git and CI/CD tools for staging and deployment

• Utilize Shopify Analytics, GA, & other tools to monitor site performance & user behavior
• Develop and implement A/B tests to evaluate design and functionality

• Support contingency plans to address data breaches, downtime, or system failures

• Prioritize accessibility compliance (WCAG) to provide inclusive shopping experiences Qualifications
• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with Shopify theme development (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS)
• Familiarity with Shopify Admin API and Graph QL API
