Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SEO Writer to create high-quality, search-optimized content that attracts, engages, and converts professionals throughout their career journey. This person will work closely with our SEO teams to produce articles that rank competitively in search results while delivering genuine value to readers. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SEO best practices, experience writing career- or business-focused content, and the ability to turn keyword opportunities into authoritative, engaging articles.

Responsibilities

Research and write SEO-focused landing pages, articles, guides, and blog posts aligned with editorial briefs. Conduct keyword research and incorporate target keywords naturally into content. Create content that satisfies search intent while maintaining a strong editorial voice. Optimize articles for on-page SEO, including headings, metadata recommendations, internal linking opportunities, and AEO optimization. Fact-check content and cite credible sources when appropriate. Update and refresh existing content to improve rankings and traffic performance. Meet agreed-upon publishing deadlines and content quality standards. Collaborate with SEO stakeholders to refine content strategy. Other Marketing Copy Across Channels Willingness to produce and deliver other types of marketing copy and bring our value proposition to life across channels and deliverables, including landing pages copy, paid media copy, and promotional copy for email campaigns. This work may cover about 20-30% of total scope. Qualifications 3+ years of professional content writing experience. Demonstrated success creating SEO-driven content that ranks in organic search. Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, topical authority, and on-page SEO. Experience writing about careers, recruiting, workplace trends, job search, leadership, personal finance, or business topics. Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to write in a clear, authoritative, and engaging style. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience writing for career, HR, recruiting, staffing, or professional development audiences. Knowledge of AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining editorial quality standards. Portfolio demonstrating measurable SEO performance. Experience optimizing content for featured snippets and AI-powered search experiences.
