All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. What You Will Do 1. Brand & Visual Strategy Own BJAK’s UK brand identity and visual systems across all platforms Build a UK-first visual narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market trends Translate marketing and business objectives into impactful visual storytelling Develop creative campaigns that build awareness, trust, and adoption in the UK Ensure consistent brand expression across digital, social, product, and offline channels 2. Creative Leadership Lead and mentor a small, multidisciplinary UK creative team Set high standards for design quality, speed, and execution Review and approve visual assets to ensure alignment with the UK brand vision Foster a collaborative, high-ownership, and execution-driven team culture 3. Compensation

Range £55,000 – £85,000 base salary per annum Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience
