• Edit eye-catching videos for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and more
• Lead and mentor junior editors, offering guidance and creative feedback
• Collaborate with the content team to bring bold concepts to life
• Optimize video content for virality and platform-specific engagement
• Stay ahead of trends, hooks, and innovative editing techniques
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Work with podcast recording tools, Slack, and Monday.com to keep everything running smoothly

Must-Haves

• 4+ years of proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
• Familiarity with AI editing tools like Descript or Opus is a plus
• CapCut experience is advantageous
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-intensity environment
• Solid understanding of social media and marketing principles
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating trendy, viral, short-form content

Nice-to-Haves
