Collaborate with RF engineering teams on site acquisition and deployment strategies. Work with IP network teams to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in telecommunications network engineering, with a focus on wireless technologies. Proven experience with 4G/LTE and 5G NR network deployment and optimization. Strong understanding of RF principles, propagation, and antenna systems. Expertise in IP networking, including routing, switching, and firewalls. Familiarity with network planning and simulation tools. Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools.
