You will stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product innovations, and application techniques, sharing your insights with the team and clients. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute online beauty campaigns and promotions. You will assist in product development by providing feedback on existing products and insights into consumer desires. Educating clients on the proper use and benefits of beauty products, ensuring they achieve optimal results, is crucial. Building and nurturing a loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized engagement will be a primary goal. Maintaining a high standard of artistry and professionalism in all client interactions is essential. You may also be involved in training junior artists or contributing to virtual workshops. To qualify, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a makeup artist, with a significant portion focused on client consultations and advisory roles.
