This is a high-volume role with substantial available hours for the right person. We are looking for someone who is: ✔ Extremely organized ✔ Compassionate with clients ✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment ✔ Tech-savvy and detail-oriented ✔ Fluent in English and Spanish ✔ Able to handle emotionally sensitive situations professionally THIS ROLE MAY INCLUDE:

• Client communication and follow-up
• Assisting with immigration intake
• Organizing case documents and evidence
• Helping prepare filing packets
• Scheduling and calendar coordination
• CRM and case management support
• Translating and communicating with Spanish-speaking clients
• Following up on missing documents
• Assisting attorneys and paralegals with active cases
• Helping clients navigate stressful immigration situations
