Job Overview As a Senior Developer Experience Engineer, you will improve the tools, workflows, and platforms that enable our engineering teams to deliver high‑quality software for our institutional digital asset platform. This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity by refining internal platforms, collaborating with Security and cross‑functional teams, and building seamless, automated development experiences. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, reliable systems that reduce friction and empower engineers to focus on building great products. Objectives: Improve the developer experience by identifying friction in workflows and delivering high‑impact solutions across tooling, automation, and documentation Partner with the Security team to ensure both the deployment platform and the broader development workflow are intuitive, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into engineering practices Build and maintain internal tools, templates, and automation that streamline service development and deployment.
