Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive customer engagement, education, and training in the Upper Extremities market. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic plans for fellows engagement, ensuring alignment with corporate and business unit objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic programs and drive customer excellence
  • Providing technical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs and demonstrating ability to transmit knowledge
  • Analyzing competitive education and training activities to determine best practices and drive customer engagement
  • Strengthening partnerships with key societies and fellowship programs, and initiating and driving new products and services based on changing customer needs

Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing and overseeing the strategy and implementation of the resident/fellows program, ensuring core activities are driven and key metrics are achieved
  • Serving as an extension of the marketing team in the field to support clinical education events and national academic meetings
  • Developing and implementing innovative training platforms for internal and external customers, and continually monitoring market trends and mentoring others on strategic focus
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop organizational capabilities and ensure Residents/Fellows strategy is integrated into marketing and business strategic plan
  • Managing Residents/Fellows budget in accordance with P&L requirements, and defining budget, securing funding, prioritizing investments, and creatively seeking alternatives to optimize spend

Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Customer Excellence Manager, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience required, 7+ years of medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant clinical experience in Orthopedics, and experience working within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
