Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all catering operations, including event execution, staffing, logistics, and quality control. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. Lead, train, and mentor the catering operations team, fostering a high-performance culture. Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization. Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in catering or event operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale catering operations and diverse event types. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility. Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, event logistics, and industry best practices.
