Measure and monitor your team’s results of efforts to ensure sales objectives are being met. Create, read, and understand reports that will drive results aligning with the company’s objectives. Become an expert in understanding new and existing Medicare products and updates. Train your team of agents on new and existing Medicare products. Hold yourself and the team accountable for everyday performance. Your experience and skills: Active Health Insurance License. 5+ years of Medicare experience. 3+ years of Sales Experience. Tech-savvy must be able to navigate multiple systems. Previous managerial experience. Highly organized, Disciplined, Detail Oriented, Self-starter, Strong follow up skills Ability to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment Ability to self-motivate and work within a team that requires minimal managerial oversight.
