This role will possess the skills to be able to span the domains of product management, scrum leadership, and business analyst at an advanced application level of proficiency . This Consultant role will work on projects that allow them to support agile software development teams and client organizations. Your Responsibilities in this Role:

• Partner with the Product Owner and engineering leads to manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring technical clarity and proper prioritization.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) with a focus on engineering deliverables and timelines.
• Support the team in breaking down epics into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and technical requirements.
• Coach developers and QA engineers on Agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and remove blockers related to development, dependencies, tooling, or team processes.
• Ensure adherence to the Definition of Done, including code quality, testing, and deployment standards.
• Protect the development team from scope creep, distractions, and unnecessary interruptions
• Promote continuous integration, delivery best practices, and iterative improvement within the team.
• Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and ensure commitments are met.
• Foster strong collaboration between engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
