Sales Representative/Account Manager (Remote/Virtual)

The Sales Representative/Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with our clients. Keen strategic thinking, commitment, and communication skills are must-haves for this position. Responsibilities: This role entails selling construction services Increase client-base by identifying potential leads, crafting proposals, and implementing successful sales strategies. Exhibit thorough understanding of our company and its offerings while consistently demonstrating its value to not only current but potential clients. Build contact lists of potential leads Cold calling Bring deals to close. Produce proposals for customers. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role is crucial. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proven track record of success. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to pitch to both small and large audiences.
