Sales Manager Spain – Pharmaceutical Packaging

Professional Recruitment is looking for, on behalf of a fast-growing Italian industrial company and leader in secondary pharmaceutical packaging, a Sales Manager for the Spanish market. The company is a reference point in the healthcare packaging sector, recognised for the quality of its solutions and the strength of its relationships with the leading pharmaceutical players across Europe and North America. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to build and develop a key market with full operational autonomy. Your Mission As Sales Manager Spain, you will report directly to the Commercial Director. Your mission will be to develop and consolidate business in the Spanish market, acting as the key reference for local pharma clients and as a driver of commercial growth across the Iberian region. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing the client portfolio in the Spanish pharmaceutical sector, with a focus on manufacturers and contract manufacturers;
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building solid, long-lasting commercial relationships with key decision makers;
  • Analysing sales performance through key KPIs, turning data into strategic decisions;
  • Planning and executing commercial strategies to maximise volumes, revenue and margins in the territory;
  • Monitoring the evolution of the Iberian market and tracking competitor positioning to anticipate industry trends.

The Profile We Are Looking For We are looking for a strong professional, able to operate with autonomy and commercial vision. The ideal candidate has:

  • At least 5–10 years of consolidated experience in the secondary pharmaceutical packaging sector;
  • An established network within the Spanish pharma market;
  • Strong business development skills and a consistent results-driven mindset;
  • Spanish or Italian nationality with significant presence in the Iberian market;
  • The ability to work fully independently, without the need for day-to-day operational supervision.
