The role involves generating high-quality opportunities and nurturing relationships, working closely with the Growth Director and Sales & Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source target brands and prospects using phone, email, LinkedIn, and sales tools
• Qualify leads against internal criteria to ensure strong alignment
• Build and run consistent outreach campaigns with support from automation tools
• Attend trade fairs, webinars, roundtables, and industry events to build relationships
• Nurture relationships with key decision-makers until opportunities become active
• Support the selling and upselling of entry-level services
• Work closely with senior teams during proposal and tender stages
• Help drive the overall growth of the agency and sales pipeline
• Collaborate with Advertising, Seller & Vendor teams across the business

Skills

• Demonstrable B2B sales experience
• Cold prospecting commercial directors and national account managers at enterprise brands
• Proactive, resilient, and commercially motivated
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Fast learner who spots opportunities and acts on them
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
• Amazon or ecommerce marketplace experience preferred
• Digital marketing or ecommerce agency experience in a sales role
