We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to use their sales skills to scale a vital part of our rapidly-growing startup. More precisely, we’re looking for a motivated individual who can leverage their communication skills to drive new business. You’ll report and work directly with sales leadership to meet and exceed goals across all active markets. Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary role is to connect our sales team with the right individuals at the right companies. You'll be responsible for engaging potential customers and converting them into sales opportunities. Your contribution will directly impact our business expansion, and exceptional performance will be recognized and rewarded. We're seeking top-level performers to join our team. Your Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with our Business Development Managers to strategically expand our footprint in key markets.
  • Business Prospection: Identify and research new business opportunities within the realm of property management companies.
  • Lead Pipeline Management: Establish and maintain a consistent, high-quality lead pipeline that supports our Business Development Managers’ efforts.
  • Engagement Mastery: Utilize various methods, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing, to engage potential customers effectively.
  • Stakeholder Connection: Showcase your creativity by establishing connections with diverse stakeholders, including property managers, marketing directors, and senior leadership, to identify new and exciting opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: You have 1-2 years of prior sales experience, demonstrating your familiarity with sales processes.
