About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst III to support privacy compliance and sensitive data request operations within a fast-paced global environment.
• This role focuses on managing high-volume case workflows related to data privacy, regulatory compliance, and personnel data handling.
• The ideal candidate has experience in privacy operations, risk management, or compliance functions and thrives in process-driven environments requiring accuracy, confidentiality, and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Data Subject Requests (DSRs/SARs) with accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and related data protection requirements
• Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation for compliance reviews
• Partner with internal stakeholders to retrieve, review, redact, and securely deliver sensitive personnel data
• Support operational SLAs and ensure timely case resolution
• Identify and mitigate privacy and compliance risks throughout request handling processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain stability and efficiency of privacy operations

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in:
• Risk Management
• Privacy Compliance
• Data Protection
• Compliance Operations
• Privacy Operations
• Strong knowledge of:
• GDPR
• CCPA
• Global privacy regulations
• Experience handling high-volume case management workflows
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience handling confidential or sensitive employee/personnel data
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing DSR/SAR requests in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with HR data structures or privacy automation tools
• Privacy certifications such as:
• CIPP/E
• CIPP/US
• Similar compliance/privacy certifications
