Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer to evaluate, enhance, and support an existing Zoho implementation for a large enterprise environment. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to review the current Zoho environment, develop improvement plans, implement enhancements, and create documentation, processes, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Zoho implementation and recommend improvements
• Design, develop, test, and implement Zoho customizations and enhancements
• Develop workflows, automations, integrations, reports, and dashboards
• Create and execute testing plans for system changes and migrations
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Zoho solutions
• Collaborate with business users and project stakeholders
• Develop documentation, procedures, and support materials
• Ensure solutions align with Zoho best practices and supportability standards

Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho product suite
• Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics
• 3+ years of hands-on Deluge scripting experience
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience within Zoho environments
• Experience developing workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations
• Experience with APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations
• Experience building and working with XML files
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and support skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
