They are seeking an entrepreneurial writer and editor to shape their communication in long form, collaborating with various teams to produce compelling content that engages and informs key audiences.

Responsibilities

• Owning the ElevenLabs blog – setting the editorial standard, writing new content, and editing draft posts from other teams
• Interviewing domain experts, mining data sets, and monitoring internal updates to unearth the best ideas and stories
• Making complex business and technical updates legible through clear writing and compelling visualizations
• Defining the house style and ensuring ElevenLabs maintains a consistent voice
• Writing keynotes and remarks for senior leadership that stick in the minds of audiences
• Managing a network of freelance writers and editors to scale output as needed

Skills

• A background in journalism, editorial, or long-form writing, ideally covering AI, tech, or audio
• Exceptional writing across different formats
• Strong editing skills and the ability to reshape others' work while preserving their intent
• Strong instincts for distribution and a good understanding of how to shape writing to ensure it reaches and resonates with target audiences
• A track record of owning and improving editorial output, not just contributing to it
• Genuine curiosity about AI and an interest in helping the world understand what we're building
