The Absence & Time Tracking Senior Consultant will partner with clients to deliver Workday solutions, lead client conversations, and mentor junior consultants while also contributing to internal process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client requirements and design sessions independently
• Configure and deliver Workday solutions
• Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership
• Mentor junior team members within the HCM practice
• Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives

Skills

• 3+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience
• Workday implementation/project experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
