Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is looking for an ambitious, hands-on leader to join their team as a Warehouse Operations Manager in Portland, ME. In this role, you will lead daily operations, develop team members, and ensure safe and efficient performance across all warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff across shifts, providing coaching, direction, and support
• Oversee timecards, attendance, and payroll accuracy while partnering with HR on issues
• Drive onboarding, training, and retraining efforts in partnership with HR and Safety
• Lead daily huddles focused on safety, KPIs, and operational priorities
• Plan and execute daily warehouse operations while aligning labor to volume

Skills

• Strong communication, organization, and team development skills
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage competing demands
• Experience with WMS and handheld scanning systems
• Solid understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
