Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Remote Virtual Assistant – Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be the guardian of accurate career information, ensuring that every job listing, candidate record, and internal communication reflects the high standards of careerzynith. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and verify career‑related data in careerzynith’s proprietary recruitment database, ensuring completeness and consistency.
  • Job Listings Management: Regularly review, edit, and publish careerzynith job postings across internal and external platforms, guaranteeing that all details—including role descriptions, qualifications, and application deadlines—are current and compelling.
  • Cross‑Departmental Coordination: Liaise with hiring managers, HR partners, and operational teams within careerzynith to gather missing information, clarify role requirements, and confirm the authenticity of posted opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to uphold the highest data integrity standards.
  • Industry Research & Best Practices: Monitor trends in talent acquisition, competitor job posting strategies, and emerging recruitment technologies to recommend enhancements to careerzynith’s listing presentation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide timely assistance with scheduling, document preparation, and other ad‑hoc tasks that enable the talent acquisition team to operate efficiently.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly reports on job posting performance, applicant flow, and data accuracy metrics for senior leadership review.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the entertainment and hospitality sector, with a genuine appreciation for careerzynith’s brand values and culture.
  • Proven data entry experience, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment, with a track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and professional interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech‑savvy mindset: comfortable navigating applicant tracking systems (ATS), cloud‑based collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams), and data visualization platforms.
  • Prior remote work experience, demonstrating self‑discipline, reliable internet connectivity, and a productive home office setup.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management, HR administration, or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with careerzynith’s internal ATS (or similar systems) and the ability to quickly learn new software interfaces.
  • Experience conducting market research, trend analysis, or competitive intelligence within the talent acquisition space.
  • Ability to produce concise, data‑driven insights that inform recruitment strategy and improve candidate experience.
  • Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish or French, to support careerzynith’s global hiring initiatives.
