Responsibilities

• Request documents and information from clients
• Track down missing or additional information required for cases
• Clean up and review legal documents for consistency and completeness
• File and maintain documents accurately
• Support overall workflow to ensure timely case progression
• Draft basic legal documents and correspondence
• Assist attorneys and team members with general legal tasks
• Conduct legal research as assigned
• Support litigation-related tasks and documentation
• Assist with case management and organization of legal files

Skills

• Timezone: EST (Michigan)
• Schedule: 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. EST
• English proficiency required; Spanish not mandatory
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, especially with elderly clients
• Experience supporting legal teams or similar environments preferred
• Familiarity with estate planning, probate, or business law is a plus
