[Remote] UKG Project Manager

Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services. The UKG Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG software implementation projects for healthcare clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and managing project budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client goals
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion
  • Lead the implementation of UKG solutions, including HCM (Human Capital Management) and payroll systems
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing client systems
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the implementation process
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, IT, and client staff
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that arise
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are in place to validate system functionality
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, consultants, and vendors
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management
  • Gather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input into project planning and execution

Skills

  • Experience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle UKG implementations
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare industry projects
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organization, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Passion for delivering exemplary customer service
  • PMP Certification a plus
