Responsibilities

• Efficiently type and format documents, reports, and correspondence
• Proofread and edit typed content for accuracy
• Ensure documents follow company formatting guidelines
• Enter and maintain data in software systems and databases
• Organize and manage digital files for easy retrieval
• Transcribe audio or video recordings into written text (if applicable)
• Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Collaborate with team members for timely task completion
• Maintain clear communication on progress and issues
• Handle confidential information with professionalism

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) or other word processing software
• Excellent typing speed (minimum of 50 WPM) with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience as a typist or in a similar administrative role is a plus
