They are seeking a TSD Operations Specialist to support the Technical Solutions Delivery engine by executing operational workflows, managing requests, and maintaining accurate records while learning and utilizing new tools including AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute established operational workflows that support TSD programs and partner motions
• Manage intake, tracking, and follow-through on operational requests
• Maintain accurate trackers, records, and basic operational reporting
• Support documentation of current workflows and process steps
• Learn and use new tools, including AI-enabled platforms, with guidance
• Assist with testing and adoption of new processes when introduced
• Act as a reliable operational support partner for the wider TSD team

Skills

• Demonstrated experience supporting operational, coordination, or administrative workflows
• Proven ability to follow documented processes and maintain high attention to detail
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with trackers, checklists, and structured task management
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and systems over time
• Interest in technology, operations, or automation (prior AI experience not required)
• Thrives with clear direction, defined expectations, and collaborative support
