They are seeking a TikTok Shop Content Creator to craft viral, sales-driven short-form content, playing a central role in shaping content strategies for top consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy: Research trends, brainstorm hooks, and develop concepts designed to capture attention and drive conversions
• Content Creation: Able to film and edit short-form videos (product demos, street interviews, founder stories, UGC-style videos)
• Scriptwriting: Write engaging, persuasive scripts for short-form videos tailored to products, audiences, and platform culture
• Content Direction: Collaborate with editors, creators, and account managers to turn scripts and ideas into high-performing videos
• Performance Analysis: Review content results and refine strategies/scripts based on data and feedback
• Client Relations: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns

Skills

• Ability to craft sharp, persuasive short-form copy with a direct-response edge
• Experience scripting or creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable creatively iterating based on performance data
• Able to work closely with editors, creators, and managers — and communicate effectively with clients
