Clarity Pediatrics is launching behavioral health services in Arizona and is seeking an Arizona-licensed Therapist to assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities. This contract position offers a flexible schedule and may lead to clinical service opportunities in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing & Licensure
• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate

Skills

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers
• Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements
• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
• Arizona state residency required
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred
