Dice is seeking a Technical Writer to support the development and execution of communication and training plans for regional public services and local programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical systems and end-users, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and equipped.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and format training guides and materials for systems of record using content from subject matter experts
• Write, edit, and distribute clear, concise communications to end-users and stakeholders; monitor group mailboxes to resolve inquiries
• Host and facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing links, and troubleshooting user access issues
• Assist adult learners during physical classroom sessions, including equipment setup, testing, and registration tracking

Skills

• 3+ years of working knowledge with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management)
• Exceptional technical writing, grammar, and oral communication skills-ability to simplify complex data
• Background in teaching, training, or adult education
• Video editing experience using Adobe products
• Knowledge of WCAG/ADA accessibility compliance
• Web design, web publishing, or advanced document formatting
• Prior experience working within public assistance or family support programs
