The Technical Product Specialist role combines science and commercial strategy, supporting customers and influencing growth in biologics, peptides, and oligonucleotide manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for downstream biologics manufacturing and chromatography applications
• Advise customers on resin selection, cleaning, storage, regeneration, and process optimization
• Support purification, process development, and manufacturing discussions
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to guide product strategy
• Deliver presentations and technical support throughout the sales process

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• Strong knowledge of downstream biologics manufacturing and chromatography
• Experience with purification technologies and resin lifecycle management
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and customer-facing communication skills
• Familiarity with GMP environments, biologics manufacturing, or related process technologies
• Advanced degree
