Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering solutions
• Design and develop technical solutions to address complex engineering problems
• Conduct system integration, testing, and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to maintain system functionality
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance

Skills

• Proficiency in Java 17 and Spring Boot Microservices
• Experience with REST API, PostgreSQL, and ReactJS
• Understanding of Qlik and severance business plans and rules
• Experience in the HR domain
• Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the HR domain is a plus
• Familiarity with severance business plans and rules
