The Technical Analyst for Employee Benefits will support underwriting operations by delivering data-driven insights, preparing reports, and assisting with marketing materials for employee benefits clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial calculations and spreadsheets used in renewal packages
• Review monthly loss ratio and utilization reports for accuracy and consistency
• Assist with experience reporting, benchmarking, and data gathering
• Support the marketing process by helping assemble carrier materials and data packets
• Maintain and update internal renewal systems to ensure clean, accurate data
• Provide routine reporting support to internal teams and select public sector clients
• Help streamline report templates and contribute ideas for improving data processes
• Collaborate with internal partners to schedule reports and respond to ad‑hoc data requests
• Participate in special projects as the department continues to grow

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office
• Carrier or brokerage experience highly preferred
• 3 years related experience preferred
