The role involves acquiring clients, sourcing candidates, and advising on market trends while working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development: identifying, targeting, and winning new client relationships
• Run a full 360 desk : client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post‑placement follow‑up
• Develop deep market expertise: stay ahead of hiring trends and current compensations standards to effectively advise candidates & clients
• Build and manage a high‑quality candidate pipeline: leverage both active and passive sourcing strategies
• Collaborate internally: share market intelligence, support team goals, and contribute to the growth of the practice
• Stay organized: manage recruitment and email inboxes to ensure nothing is missed and we deliver on our core covenant of speed to market

Skills

• Tax recruitment experience is ideal but not required (accounting & finance welcome)
• Comfortable running a 360 desk (candidates & clients)
• Lover of all things business development
• Able to work 100% remote
