[Remote] Talkdesk Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PMO Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the final phase of a critical Talkdesk migration for a healthcare system. The role involves managing project scope, schedule, and budget while driving the project through successful completion and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assume ownership of an active Talkdesk migration project and lead it through successful completion
  • Partner with client stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership to maintain project momentum and remove roadblocks
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning
  • Lead project meetings, executive status updates, steering committees, and client communications
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover planning, telecom decommissioning, and post-go-live stabilization activities
  • Drive migrations from legacy telephony/contact center platforms to Talkdesk CCaaS while minimizing disruption to business operations
  • Develop project documentation, executive presentations, meeting materials, and client deliverables
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration while keeping project teams aligned, motivated, and accountable
  • Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues quickly
  • Support or lead RFP/RFI responses and vendor coordination as needed
  • Successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, within budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction

Skills

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of consulting experience
  • Talkdesk implementation or migration experience (required)
  • Experience leading enterprise telecom, contact center, or CCaaS transformation projects
  • Experience managing migrations from legacy/analog phone systems to Unified Communications (UC) and CCaaS platforms
  • Experience with telecom system decommissioning and contact center deployment activities
  • Ability to quickly assess project health, identify risks, and execute with minimal onboarding
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders across technical and business functions
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, dependencies, and vendor relationships
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Healthcare experience, including at least three years supporting healthcare organizations with project management, change management, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice implementations
  • Solid understanding of healthcare operations, healthcare applications, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience developing, responding to, or managing RFP/RFI processes
  • Experience deploying Talkdesk CCaaS solutions in enterprise healthcare environments
  • PMP certification preferred
