Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) is recruiting a senior strategic advisor to serve on its Advisory Board. The role focuses on advising on healthcare growth, value creation, and the development of scalable, data-driven platforms for cognitive care.

Responsibilities

• Advise on enterprise growth priorities, scalable expansion strategy, market development, and the creation of long-term enterprise value
• Guide the standardization and replication of clinic operations across markets, including care model design, interdisciplinary structures, and performance systems that can scale efficiently
• Provide guidance on payer alignment, reimbursement strategy, unit economics, KPI development, utilization management, and sustainable growth frameworks
• Advise on digital health integration, AI-enabled decision support, strategic differentiation, and the governance infrastructure required to scale responsibly and credibly

Skills

• Accomplished executive with a track record in healthcare growth, value creation, clinical operations, multi-site expansion, or health system transformation
• Ability to apply enterprise thinking to healthcare opportunities
• Experience in building scalable, data-driven platforms for cognitive care
• Strong clinical, operational, and financial potential
