The role involves owning client relationships, leading strategic conversations, and ensuring successful deployment of AI systems within customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers through targeted outbound and ecosystem-driven relationships
• Own client relationships from initial technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership
• Lead high-stakes conversations with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders
• Shape proposals and deal structures for complex AI deployments
• Partner with internal teams to align customer needs with execution
• Ensure successful deployment and expansion of AI systems within customer workflows
• Maintain clear pipeline visibility and strategic signal for internal decision-making
• Surface product feedback and market insights to inform roadmap and positioning

• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong technical intuition
• Experience owning enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or highly technical environments
• Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles
• Comfort operating with evolving product surfaces and ambiguous technical requirements
