Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a seasoned leader to drive adoption of AWS services within the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) segment. This role involves developing strategies to exceed revenue goals, managing a high-performing sales team, and co-innovating with ISVs to create world-class solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AWS’ full suite of services into a set of Strategic ISV customers
• Exceed annual revenue and growth targets
• Build and manage a team of top strategic sales professionals
• Ensure end customer satisfaction
• Co-develop and help executing account plans with field sellers
• Inspect joint-GTM activities to drive and accelerate adoption of our ISV's products, working closely with AWS partner teams
• Work with demand generation teams to create sales pipeline

Skills

• 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of sales management experience
• Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
• Master's degree
• Bachelor's degree
