Deckers Brands is committed to diversity and inclusivity, and they are seeking a Sr. Program Manager for HOKA Global Retail Brand Expression. In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment and lead the execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns and immersive retail experiences, ensuring seamless connectivity across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end program lifecycle and internal communications for global retail brand campaigns and foundational storytelling across multiple seasons and agencies
• Own and maintain logistics for campaigns and strategic initiatives, including budget planning, marketing agency RFPs, and day-to-day agency relationships
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, aligning feedback, and addressing issues during campaign and activation lifecycles
• Systematize HOKA’s internal processes alongside agency engagement, improving team efficiencies through streamlined communication and scheduling
• Operationalize and integrate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment from concept through production, approvals, proofing, and final asset delivery to regional partners

Skills

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field; Master's Degree / MBA a plus
• Bring 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency account management, or production
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and perform well under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Asana
