The role involves providing L3 Operations support, designing complex network solutions, and managing various network environments for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 Operations support for investigation, troubleshooting and resolving network communications and operations issues impacting client, backbone access, or performance
• Design, engineer, and implement complex network solutions in a variety of disciplines, security postures, access control, and infrastructure
• Responsible for Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management, Event Management, and Problem Management for all client environments
• Understanding of large-scale network capacity management and modeling
• Proactively monitor client network performance to assess and making recommendations for improvement
• Proactively contribute to documentation, automation and processes improvement

Skills

• Expertise in complex BGP, OSPF, EIGRP routing (loop prevention in BGP etc)
• Zscaler (private access deployment)
• Cisco Nexus 9K
• Firewall code upgrade; Firewall (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet) policy audits and changes
• Automate network deployment and troubleshooting using Skills with python
