The role involves analyzing marketing performance across channels, integrating with cross-functional teams, and delivering insights to influence business and media investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned media channels
• Build and apply regression-based models to measure marketing effectiveness
• Develop reporting frameworks, performance summaries, and campaign wrap-ups
• Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
• Partner with planning, investment, activation, and analytics teams to support campaign optimization
• Evaluate audience performance and segmentation opportunities
• Design and execute measurement approaches to assess media effectiveness
• Support budget allocation decisions through data-driven analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to both internal teams and client stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve measurement methodologies and analytics processes
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc business and marketing initiatives

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, marketing science, advertising analytics, or a related field
• Experience working within a media agency, advertising agency, or media-focused environment
• Strong expertise in regression modeling, statistical analysis, and campaign measurement
• Proven experience measuring and optimizing multi-channel media campaigns
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting findings to clients and executive audiences
• Audience segmentation and consumer analytics experience
• Attribution, forecasting, and ROI modeling expertise
• Experience working with first-party and third-party data solutions
• Familiarity with data clean rooms and data lake environments
• Media budget optimization experience
• Team leadership, mentorship, or project leadership experience
