Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FUSTIS LLC is seeking a self-driven Business Analyst with expertise in the Pharmacy domain. The ideal candidate will analyze business challenges, identify process gaps, and recommend practical solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and recommendations
• Support project intake, scoping, prioritization, and roadmap discussions based on business value and impact
• Create and maintain business documentation including requirements, process flows, user stories, test cases, UAT documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Collaborate with business, product, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Independently learn new processes, systems, and business domains with minimal direction
• Support data analysis, reporting, and business insights to drive decision-making

Skills

• 10 years of Business Analyst experience with strong Pharmacy domain knowledge
• Pharmacy Operations experience preferred (Retail, Specialty, PBM, Mail Order, or related areas)
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, business process analysis, and documentation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
• Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
• Awareness of AI capabilities and opportunities to improve business processes through AI-enabled solutions
