This leader will oversee the SAP Transportation Management technology strategy and manage the implementation of solutions to enhance transportation efficiency and operational visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SAP Transportation Management (TM) platform across the Integrated Supply Chain organization
• Lead delivery of SAP TM solutions through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Project Elevate
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate transportation and logistics requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Manage SAP TM integrations with SAP EWM, SD, MM, carrier networks, and external logistics platforms
• Lead and develop onshore/offshore IT teams while managing System Integrator (SI) and AMS partner performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing freight costs, improving transportation visibility, increasing on-time delivery, and optimizing carrier performance

Skills

• 8+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM)
• Proven experience leading SAP TM implementations across design, build, testing, deployment, and production support
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and enterprise deployments
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations, including planning, execution, settlement, carrier management, and shipment visibility
• Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, SD, MM, external logistics platforms, APIs, IDocs, middleware, and related technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
